DOA

You must use the UPS Next Day Air or UPS  Next Day Air Early A.M options at check out to receive a DOA refund. UPS Ground is only for dry goods. We only refund the cost of the dead salty critter. We do not refund cost of shipping unless you qualified for free shipping. We require a photo of the dead salty critter within 1 hour of delivery and still in the original package. For fish we require 1 additional photo with a toothpick through both eyes. We do not warranty any  salty critter other then DOA. Please quarantine every salty critter. We try are best to not sell sick fish  but we may miss one no one is perfect. We do offer full quarantined salty critters in our WYSIWYG category.   We hope that none of our customers ever have to use our dead on arrival policy but sometime things happen. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE LIVE STOCK OTHER THEN DOA.
